The screens are also easy to move around within the venue and can be adjusted in height, making it simple to tailor the exhibition for different events and presentations.

Through collaboration with MediaScreen AB and experts in IoT and events, we can tailor a modern and innovative exhibition experience with a wide range of display options. Pricing and Booking Information

We offer an attractive introductory price with the following options:

MORNING	08–12	3,000 SEK
AFTERNOON	13–17	3,000 SEK
EVENING	18–21	3,500 SEK
FULL DAY	08–17	5,000 SEK
FULL DAY + EVENING	08–21	7,000 SEK

Prices exclude VAT

For practical reasons, the minimum booking time is 4 hours. For longer bookings or customized projects, we offer individual quotes. During the rental period, a representative from Skärmtid is always on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly, but you are of course the best host for your own unique exhibition.

Interactive Customer Experience

To further enhance the visitor experience, we offer the option to use a touchscreen at the exit. Here, your target audience can interact – leave feedback, register interest, or make purchases – providing valuable insights and direct customer engagement.

Struggling Artist

Limited-time offer: 65–75% discount for individuals.

Photographers, illustrators, and filmmakers have asked whether it's possible to rent Skärmtid as individuals. We love getting those questions. Of course it's possible to rent as a private person. It's never been a requirement that only companies can rent Skärmtid as a showroom; we've just assumed it might be a bit expensive for individuals. But we’re happy to support local talent and want to give more people the chance to exhibit. That’s why we’re launching Struggling Artist: 65–75% off bookings until Christmas (for individuals).

Prices:

• Evening: 1500 SEK incl. VAT
• Full day: 2000 SEK incl. VAT

It’s still an investment, but you’ll quickly save on costs like printing and framing.

How it works: We help you set up the exhibition – rearranging screens and uploading images or videos. Then you promote the exhibition yourself and invite whoever you want to drop by. Any sales can be handled digitally. We can also help you set that up for a small fee if you’d like.
